We live in a world of paradox

Ciao and Sacred Sunday:

It’s beginning to look and feel like Spring here in Southern Oregon.

Dogwood trees are starting to grace us as hearty buds open into delicate white flowers.

🌼The ground is covered with the tiniest of lavender, orange, and yellow wildflowers.

Robins sing their mating songs at the same time geese in formation honk loudly as they fly across the pale blue sky.

Mountains no longer snow-capped are shadowed with shades of green.

🌈Afternoon sun shines brightly through the kitchen window where the hanging stained-glass prism creates a rainbow on our weary 17yr-old Chihuahua.

Taking in the sounds, the beauty, and the peace of the day a flutter of hope beats against my heart.

And then a thought crashes in my brain, “how many people need die to satisfy the blood lust of one man? How long will this reign of terror go on?”

😡Like bile, fear and anger rise to the surface.

We live in a world of paradox. We always have. We always will.

We live in a world where social media can inspire us with images of kindness and horrify us with images of brutality.

🌍We live in a world where we must not look away and turn a blind eye to injustice.

And we live in a world where we must live our lives to their fullest potential.

It’s our responsibility to do that which is in our capacity to move towards peace.

And it’s our responsibility to do that which is in our capacity to live full out.

It’s our responsibility to offer solace and support in ways we’re capable of.

And it’s our responsibility to take care of oneself in body, mind, and heart.

No easy feat my friend.

Yet, it is the way of the yogi to stand firmly with both feet on the ground, heart open and expansive, with out-stretched hands, holding pain and joy simultaneously.

As you lay your head on your soft pillow tonight, I encourage you to ask yourself these 2 questions…

1.What is one actionable step I can take to contribute to making the world a better place?

No matter how insignificant or small it may seem.

2.What is one actionable step I can take in my own life to make it the most alive and juicy it’s ever been?

The world needs you to live your best life – a life with meaning, purpose, and conviction.

P.S. Don’t wait any longer to reach out and ask for support. Your time is now.

“What attracted me to Paulette was her free spirit. Even before I got to her website, I saw a reflection of my own adventurous self as I watched and heard her speak at a course, we were both attending. Wanting to know more, I visited her website and saw the word “badass” and “breakaway” girl. And that’s when I knew I wanted to be coached by this woman who was coaching other women to step into their power and embrace their femininity.

I was not disappointed; our first session l discovered the Divine Feminine I had been curious about for years. Slowly I began to unlock the secret places where I’d been hiding my scars and Paulette helped me to have clarity and to heal in my broken places, those places I’d been too ashamed to look at in years much-less speak about.

I have so much more clarity and confidence. I’m able to stand in my truth and I’m not afraid to be the badass, breakaway girl I really am.”
