Ciao and Sacred Sunday:
đWith the full moon and lunar eclipse that occurred this week, to say that a huge energetic portal opened is an understatement.
When portals open all sorts of juiciness has opportunity to flow in and out.
Sometimes you might feel as if youâre moving through your days with ease and serenity.
đąAnd in the next moment – itâs time to buckle up buttercup because you may feel as if you hit a rapid.
Now, before you start labeling good or bad, or get all up in your head where your thoughts swirl round and fear shows up, all you need do my love, is be aware.
Pay attention and slow down.
đRemember to eat well and nourish yourself from the inside out. Spend time in quietude and gratitude.
While itâs been a hell of a challenging time for many of us these last couple of years, itâs also true weâve been gifted with many blessings.
As we begin to enter the darkest time of the year, with the winter solstice in December, weâre reminded and encouraged to honor the light.
đThe light and warmth that comes from the pulsating radiating sun.
And the Light of Consciousness that shines its Brilliance into the dark corners of the mind, heart, and spirit.
This illuminating grace reveals whatâs lurking in the shadows and that which we need to embrace and learn to integrate.
